Terms of Service
Last updated: draft. These terms are a structural draft pending attorney review.
1. What Fed Reaction Engine is
Fed Reaction Engine ("the Service") is an informational analytics product. It aggregates public
Federal Reserve communications and market data and presents historical analysis, statement
comparisons, tone scoring, and estimated-sensitivity tools. The Service is provided for
informational and educational purposes only.
2. Not a broker, adviser, or fiduciary
We are not a broker-dealer, investment adviser, financial planner, or fiduciary, and we do not
provide personalized investment advice. Nothing in the Service is a recommendation to buy, sell,
or hold any security or instrument. All figures — including medians, tone scores, betas, and
estimated sensitivities — are historical analytics, not predictions, forecasts, or offers. You are
solely responsible for your own trading and investment decisions, and you should consult a licensed
professional before acting. Past performance does not predict future results.
3. Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all
activity under your account. You must provide accurate information and are responsible for keeping
it current. You must be of legal age to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction.
4. Subscriptions and billing
The Service offers Free, Pro, and Institutional tiers. Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on
a recurring monthly or annual basis through our payment processor. Subscriptions renew
automatically until cancelled. You may cancel at any time; cancellation stops future renewals and
takes effect at the end of the current billing period. Except where required by law, fees already
paid are non-refundable. Prices and plan features may change on prospective notice.
5. Acceptable use
You may not resell, redistribute, or republish the Service's data or outputs except as expressly
permitted by your plan. You may not scrape, reverse-engineer, or attempt to circumvent tier limits
or access controls. You may not use the Service to violate any law or any third party's rights.
6. Data and third-party content
The Service references third-party news and market data. We display only headlines, short snippets,
links, and our own derived scores — never the full text of paywalled third-party articles. Market
data is provided on an as-is basis subject to our providers' terms.
7. Disclaimers and limitation of liability
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, express or
implied, including accuracy, completeness, or fitness for a particular purpose. To the maximum
extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any trading losses or for any indirect, incidental,
consequential, or special damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Changes and termination
We may modify or discontinue the Service, or update these terms, with notice as required by law.
We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these terms. Sections that by their nature
should survive termination will survive.
