1. Scope

This policy explains what data Fed Reaction Engine ("we", "the Service") collects, how we use it,

and the choices you have. It applies to the web and mobile apps and our API.

Account information. Identity and authentication details are handled by our authentication

provider (email, and any profile fields you supply).

Subscription information. Plan tier and billing status. Card details are handled by our

payment processor; we do not store full card numbers.

Portfolio positions. If you use the exposure and scenario tools, the positions you enter

(instrument, quantity, and reference price).

Usage data. Standard logs and analytics needed to operate and secure the Service.

Your portfolio positions are sensitive financial data and receive additional protection:

Encrypted at rest. Position sizes and prices are encrypted at the column level in our

database.

Never logged. Position payloads are excluded from application and request logs.
Not shared. We do not sell your positions or share them with third parties for advertising.

We use your information to provide and secure the Service, process subscriptions, personalize your

exposure and scenario views, send the alerts you enable, and comply with legal obligations. We do

not use your portfolio positions to make recommendations.

You can delete your account at any time from settings. When you delete your account, we remove your

account record and your encrypted portfolio positions from our production systems as part of the

deletion path. Some records may be retained where required for legal, tax, or fraud-prevention

purposes, and residual copies may persist briefly in backups before rotation.

We rely on service providers for authentication, payments, hosting, and market/news data. These

providers process data on our behalf under their own terms. We display only headlines, snippets,

and links from third-party news sources — never full paywalled article text.

You can update your profile, manage alert preferences, and delete your account from within the app.

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have additional rights to access, correct, or export your

data; contact us to exercise them.
